I didn't receive the confirmation email.
Check spam, then request a new link. Links expire after 24 hours.
I lost access to my authenticator app.
Use one of your recovery codes on the sign-in screen. If you have none left, contact support; recovery requires identity verification.
My account is suspended. How do I appeal?
Ask for an appeal link. We'll email your account's address a link that shows the decision and its reason and lets you appeal once. A trust & safety reviewer who wasn't involved in the decision reviews every appeal. If you can sign in, other restrictions and their appeals are under Account standing.
How do I contact support?
Signed in, open Help & support from the menu to send a request.
Can one person be a coder and belong to organizations?
Yes. Use the workspace switcher at the top of the app to move between your personal coder workspace and each organization.
Organizations
Why do I need organization verification?
Verification confirms the organization exists and that the people acting for it are authorized to contract. It is required before publishing public projects or funding contracts.
Who can see patient records?
Only people with an explicit clinical-record permission for a specific contract, after identity, agreement, credential, and location checks. Being an organization owner does not grant access by itself.
Payments
When does the coder get paid?
Payment follows acceptance of a milestone. The exact timing depends on the approved funding model and Square's payout schedule; the payment screens show each status truthfully.
