1. Scope. ClinicalCoders provides a marketplace platform that connects organizations seeking clinical coding services with independent coders and coding agencies.
2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
3. No patient information in marketplace content. Do not post identifiable health information in listings, proposals, profiles, reviews, or ordinary messages.
4. Fees. Platform fees are shown before you submit a proposal or accept a contract and are fixed for each contract when it is accepted.
5. Payments. Payments are processed by a third-party provider under its own terms. ClinicalCoders does not hold funds except as expressly described for an approved payment arrangement.
6. Disputes. Internal mediation is available; it is not binding arbitration.
